By paying a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount (minimum amount equal to the first night), you can cancel your vacation at Enjoy up to 5 days before your arrival date.
The deposit you have paid cannot be refunded in case of cancellation, but we will offer you a voucher of the same value to be used within the next 24 months for another stay at Enjoy Garda Hotel.
If the cancellation of the reservation occurs more than 5 days prior to your arrival, the deposit will be retained in full as compensation and you will not be able to receive the voucher. However, in case of no-show at the hotel, the penalty is the charge of the total amount of the stay on the credit card you have provided us.
