By paying a 30% deposit on the total booking amount (with a minimum amount equal to the first night), you have the possibility to cancel your stay at Enjoy up to 5 days before the arrival date.
The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation, but we will issue a voucher of the same value, which can be used for another stay at Enjoy Garda Hotel within the following 24 months.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully retained as compensation and no voucher will be issued.
In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
