When it comes to women, we at Enjoy are ready to testify how much their contribution can make a difference in customer satisfaction. It is not just a matter of what is commonly known as the ‘feminine touch’, which softens the environment and pays attention to detail, but of that innate propensity for all things related to welcoming and caring for people. Every woman who works here pours her best qualities into the service she provides, helping to make the Enjoy an incredibly hospitable hotel where everyone feels welcome. There are many valuable women who have worked here with dedication for years and who are true pillars within our large family, starting with Elvira.
It was Elvira who started the hotel several years ago together with her husband Lorenzo and children and – we really mean it – she is a perfect hostess. She gladly stops talking to guests and with her sweet and positive character is always well liked. You can often find her in the middle of the greenery tending the many orchids that grace our halls, or in the kitchen trying her hand at cooking. Her goodies are now famous and when she starts preparing food everyone is hoping to taste her tart or one of her delicious biscuits. Have you ever tried them? They are absolutely unmissable.
But Elvira is not the only one who makes sweets at Enjoy: even Erica, our breakfast manager in the dining room, has her work cut out to serve the customers, always starting their day with her most beautiful smile. She likes to address them by calling them by name, because she is keen to create that beautiful atmosphere of familiarity in which they can relax and have fun. In over 10 years of work she has met many people, but each new guest is as important to her as if it were the first.
Erica’s warm welcome goes hand in hand with the cheerfulness and sweetness of another great woman who works at Enjoy: Anna.
Anna is the reception manager: She is the one who will welcome you when you arrive, when you can’t wait to go to your room and relax. Super organised, she is a reference point for everyone, also because she is always available to help and give suggestions. When you come to visit us, take the opportunity to ask her for advice on the area, because she loves Lake Garda and could give you some really useful and interesting ideas for your stay.
After meeting Anna you will definitely want to go and freshen up in your room and we are sure that when you enter you will notice the care with which it has been cleaned and tidied. In fact, Cristina, our extraordinary housekeeper, controls the work of our collaborators. Cristina puts her heart into it when she works, with that good and kind way of hers combined with the expertise of those who leave no way out of disorder. She is the first person to arrive at the hotel and the last to leave, a dedicated and tireless guardian of order.
Maybe you will meet her along the corridors: you can recognise her by her smile and kind character, as well as her ability to always be there, without ever invading the privacy of our guests.
Our list is coming to an end, but first we want to tell you about Bianca and Silvia.
Bianca is sales manager and management assistant. She loves to do things right and puts a lot of passion into her work, always helping others, who need help.
She knows how to welcome people, because at the beginning of her career she started out as a customer receptionist, only later specialising in marketing and sales, on which she is continually training and updating herself.
Initially Silvia also worked at the reception together with Bianca, but now her duties have changed and she has become the main contact person for the bikers. Given her passion for two wheels, it was easy for her to take care of clients who enjoy cycling: booking, hospitality and organization are all activities that she manages with great precision, before returning home to her family and her little, beloved Bea.
As you can see, our staff is made up of talented women who have been able to put their strengths at the service of Enjoy, helping to give a new meaning to the concept of hospitality.
These few simple lines are our way of honouring them and thanking them for the great value they provide to all our customers every day.

We feel it is important to give you all you need to live, know and understand our land, so you can feel at home, part of the family.
Peschiera is a great starting point to visit the three shores of Lake Garda (touching three regions: Veneto, where we are, Lombardy and Trentino), each with typical features, customs, traditional food and wines.
Enjoy Garda Hotel is situated only 1,5 kms away from the motorway A4 Milano-Venezio (exit Peschiera del Garda).
As it is set in a central location, we are only 100 meters far from the town train station Peschiera del Garda.
The closest airport is the Catullo (in Villafranca di Verona).
