The region of Veneto, and the Garda area in particular, boast world-famous dishes; avoid the touristy venues and come taste them in our brand new restaurant, “Sugo”, meaning “sauce”, the all-important ingredient of Italian culinary tradition.
In the evening we rotate buffet dinners and à la carte menus. Get pampered by Chef Ricardo; his loving care is guaranteed to take you along a journey of discovery of the tastes of the Garda area, with little sorties in the best gastronomic traditions of the various Italian regions.
Ricardo cooks as if you were all guests in his own home: with the same passion, commitment and the desire to surprise.
His signature dishes? Fresh pasta he rolls out early in the morning, the tortelloni with a filling of squash or ricotta cheese and spinach, and potato dumplings. Second course dishes boast excellent quality meat, and a lot of freshwater fish (such as the famous pike à la Gardesana, or trout and coregonus) and sea fish, fried or roasted or cooked with tomato sauce! We promise to take you to the heart of traditional Italian cuisine!
It goes without saying that we also have special dishes for children, vegetarians and people suffering from celiac disease. If you have special dietary needs, let us know and we won’t disappoint!
