Let us tell you: we love reading the reviews our guests write on portals like Tripadvisor or on social media.
Of course, we don’t hide the fact that we like to be rewarded, but we do it mainly because we want to see ourselves through their eyes, trying to understand what works and what could be improved.
Sometimes we find tips here and there and then we take them into account, because often with little tricks we can make your stay much more pleasant.
Other times – fortunately seldom – we read some criticism, but if it is constructive, we analyse it, roll up our sleeves and see how we can improve the service.
Maybe we ask people who complained, for a few more details just so that we can get to the bottom of the problem and eliminate it rather than ignore it.
The most frequent comments: cleanliness, friendliness, food
Just today, we were reading some guest reviews and noticed that they often mention cleanliness, friendly staff and excellent food.
We smiled immediately: the queen of cleanliness is our housekeeper Cristina, who always makes sure every room is spotless.
Cristina is as good a person as she is inflexible in her work: with her, dirt and confusion are banned.
So, knowing her, we are not surprised to read that on entering the room, guests “immediately noticed the almost maniacal cleanliness and order” or that they found “a cleanliness never seen in hotels of the same standard”. This, ladies and gentlemen, is all thanks to Cristina and her zealous co-workers.
The second aspect that is often mentioned is the friendliness of the staff.
Of course, here our smile increases: they all tell us that we are professional, kind and very helpful and that we know how to pamper children. True, we love children and so does Lorenzo, one of the founders of Enjoy, who has a great time when he sees them laughing happily in our halls.
Third: the kitchen. And here the comments abound, both on the varied breakfast section and those related to lunch and dinner.
Therefore, they find that our food is delicious, excellent, delicious, great, high quality. The chef thanks, of course.
But you can see that some customers know us better than others: they mention in particular the cakes and pastries of Elvira, the lady of the house.
Those who have met her know that when Elvira enters the kitchen, small masterpieces emerge, made to spoil her guests and make them feel welcomed as if they were family.
Suite and hydromassage: relaxation to the fullest
What about the suites and our Jacuzzi tubs? We love to read the enthusiasm that springs from the reviews of those who have tried the three suites we have in the hotel or our two brand new flats with hydromassage.
Of course, the structure is important, but in reality, the couples who visit us understand that the magic we create is the result of a lot of work and attention to every detail. In fact, after staying in the flat Ivren not only enjoyed the Jacuzzi, but thought our Suite Home offered ‘exceptional soundproofing, top cleanliness, 10/10 breakfast, super professional staff’.
Giulia, on the other hand, preferred to treat herself to a night in the Sweet SPA in the hotel, which she found “intimate, cosy and super romantic”, immediately falling in love with the comfortable round bed and the room equipped with Jacuzzi and shower cabin.
After having enjoyed the excellent cleanliness and kindness of the staff for her the icing on the cake was “the dinner with room service … simply fabulous!”
Plus points for two-wheelers
Two-wheelers are our passion, so we are keen to pamper all guests who devote themselves body and soul to this wonderful sport.
Our bikers have understood this and usually thank us by leaving reviews such as Max’s, who calls us ‘a cycling paradise: Bike room, buffet open until 5 p.m., all kinds of support, both logistical and mechanical”.
Or like the opinion of Monica, who was apparently very satisfied with the experience and recommends it to “amateurs who want to do some cycling with their bikes, both normal and e-bikes, accompanied by competent and attentive guides“.
In fact, you should know that the owners Nicola and Alberto are keen to personally guide their guests on excursions, spending truly relaxing days in the saddle of a bike, surrounded by the magnificent vegetation of Lake Garda.
What about those who do not take their bikes with them? No problem, because – as our client Massimo tells us – the hotel allowed him to rent a top-of-the-range road bike and was impeccable in organising the trips.
The business sector loves working at Enjoy
Last but not least, the business sector. It seems that businessmen have found their perfect second home here. They usually appreciate the private parking, fast wifi, modern, clean and spacious rooms.
However, it is clear that such a clientele also observes other details, such as the meeting room, which is equipped, practical and with plenty of natural light.
Enrico goes even further when he writes that the Enjoy is one of his favourite places to organise business meetings because the service is impeccable and an atmosphere is created, in which it is pleasant to work.
Obviously, we are flattered by opinions like this, because we realise that we have hit the nail on the head and succeeded in making what would otherwise be yet another boring working day, stimulating.

How to reach us
We feel it is important to give you all you need to live, know and understand our land, so you can feel at home, part of the family.
Peschiera is a great starting point to visit the three shores of Lake Garda (touching three regions: Veneto, where we are, Lombardy and Trentino), each with typical features, customs, traditional food and wines.
Enjoy Garda Hotel is situated only 1,5 kms away from the motorway A4 Milano-Venezio (exit Peschiera del Garda).
As it is set in a central location, we are only 100 meters far from the town train station Peschiera del Garda.
The closest airport is the Catullo (in Villafranca di Verona).
